A LITTLE ABOUT US
Pied Piper Day Nursery is a privately-run nursery which has been registered to offer full day care to children since 1992.

The Nursery operates from a converted three-storey Georgian building in the centre of Glenfield in the Blaby district of Leicestershire. It serves an urban community of mixed social and economic backgrounds.

Babies and younger toddlers use a ground floor room with its own nappy-changing facilities. Older toddlers are based in a ground floor room with direct access to an enclosed outdoor play area and its own toileting and nappy-changing facilities. Older children use three inter-connecting first floor rooms with adjacent toileting facilities. A further first floor room is used as a staff room during the day and a base for older children attending after school. There are additional office, kitchen, store and staff cloakroom facilities. The second floor of the building is not registered for children's use but includes further storage and staff room areas.

There is a safe enclosed outdoor play area.

The nursery cares for a maximum of 50 children between 0 and 8 years at any one time and provides nursery education to funded 3 and 4-year-olds. It operates from 08:00 to 18:00 on Monday to Friday throughout the year excluding bank holidays. Children attend a variety of sessions.

The nursery is a member of the National Day Nurseries' Association.
